Our Rates
Our pricing schedule is a basic hourly
fee structure. The specific hourly rate depends on the
type of service requested and encompasses a range of
rates, depending on level of expertise and difficulty
of project.
Initial quotes can be provided via email or phone (see
Contact
page). However, depending on the project, a
firm quote may need to be given only after receipt of
the material. This affords us an opportunity to view
the material and so provide you with a more accurate
quote. This ensures that you will receive a quote that
is individualized for your particular needs.
We also offer an affordable retainer contract for
regular services on a monthly basis. Payable up front,
these contracts provide a discounted rate of 10 - 20%,
depending on number of hours contracted per month,
with a 3 hour rollover from month to month.
Additional
information
Hourly
rates are billed in 15 minute increments.
Along
with your invoice, you will be provided with a
detailed report that verifies the exact time
increments of services provided using the Trax Time
software program.
Additional
costs such as postage, courier services, long distance
transmissions, special materials, etc. will be added
to the final bill.
Any
changes/additional costs will be discussed with you in
advance. No surprises!
Rush
orders (under 24 hours) may be charged an additional
20% of invoice.
Deposit
of 25% required to start all work. Final payment is
due within 10 days from receipt of completed project.
Payment
forms accepted - personal check ($25 returned check
fee), corporate check, and money order. Credit card
payments accepted through PayPal.
